Rough-in that the fit-off depends on
The part nobody sees is the part that makes the finish possible. We set out conduit, cabling and services cleanly so power, data and lighting land exactly where the design calls for them, with room for the other trades to work around us.
On commercial jobs that means keeping to the program and keeping the site tidy, so the handover isn't a scramble.
The detail that lifts a home
On premium homes the electrical is part of the design. Concealed lighting in joinery, points positioned so nothing looks like an afterthought, switching that's logical to live with. We work closely with the builder and designer to get those details right the first time.
